Once closed, Fetters Hill began a slow decline, until a mysterious stranger by the name of Seeder arrives in the desperate town with a gift: a tree that bears whiskey-like fruit. It's a disturbance in the natural order of "the green" that draws the Swamp Thing's attention - as well as John Constantine! The newfound joy in Fetters Hill may be shortlived, since the gifts of Seeder always come with a price!
