Jeff Selis, along with his trusty bull terrier, Otis, and his old friend, Seamus, left Portland in August of last year, with a minivan, a polaroid, and a mission to meet and photograph every dog they could find. They arrived back home in time for Thanksgiving, with a whole slew of stories, photographs, and about fifty new four-legged friends.
